My pricing is broken down so that you can see the cost per piece. Each dreadlock that I make is hand backcombed, steam sealed, and then dunked in boiled water to make it soft, smooth, pliable and more realistic. I take the time to make each piece durable, functional and a work of art in and of itself!

Short dreads - $2.00 Single Looped (SL) / $3.00 Double Ended (DE)
- approximately 8-10" and fall to chin length

Medium dreads - $2.50 SL / $3.50 DE
- approximately 14-16" and fall to shoulder length

Long dreads - $3.00 SL / $4.00 DE
- approximately 22-24" and fall to mid back length

Extra Long dreads - $4.00 SL / $5.00 DE
- approximately 26-30" and fall to waist length. Since all XL dreads are made as transitionals, the first transition color change is FREE with this length.

Dreadlock additions

Swirled dreads
- add $1.00 to each of the dread prices above. My swirled dreads are two backcombed dreads in one and look great as accents!

Color Transitions
- add $1.00 for each transition color. Each color must be created separately and then fused into one dread. These dreads can contain as many colors as you like and start at medium length and longer.

Curled dreads
- add $0.50 per dread. Dreads are double heat sealed, then twisted around a dowel and steamed again to create a ringlet. After wearing these ringlets installed, they become more waves, but are preserved well in falls.

Waved dreads
- add $0.25 per dread. Dreads are steam sealed, braided and then dunked into boiled water to create a more organic wave texture.

Dreadlock Installation Kit pricing

For a full head of installations, the number of dreads you need to order will vary depending on the thickness of your own hair, as well as the fullness you want to achieve. A range of 70-90 Single Looped (SL) or 45-60 Double Ended (DE) pieces is suggested to provide full coverage. Keep in mind that the longer the dreads, the more weight the total style will have, so its recommended that you order a variety of lengths to decrease weight if you are trying to achieve a very long look. Extras such as transition colors and swirls are priced the same as for falls. An idea of pricing can be found in the chart below, lengths are described above.

Hair Fall pricing

For hair falls, a charge of $5.00 per hair piece applies for each attachment base used. To calculate an estimated price for your locks, add $5.00 the price of the number of strands to be attached plus the extras. For example, a single fall ($5.00) with 10 short dreads ($20.00) and 10 medium dreads ($25.00) would cost $50.00 ($5.00 + $20.00 + $25.00 = $50.00). For a pair of falls, simply double the price.

Hair fall options

In addition to the dreadlock options listed above, your hair falls can contain any number of the options listed below:

Regular Length Braids - $1.50 ea/ $1.75 add on
- braids are up to 24" long, but can be created shorter upon request

Extra Long Braids - $2.50 ea/ $2.75 add on
- braids are up to 44" long, but can be created shorter upon request

Braid finish options:
Choose from heat sealed (free), single bead (free), multiple beads ($0.25/ strand), feather ($0.50/ strand - peacock feathers are $1.25/ strand), bells ($0.75/ strand). A combination of finished ends looks great and adds texture to your fall

Bead strands
-Costume beads - $5 per strand (these strands are crested using wood and plastic beads exclusively)
-Natural beads - $10 and up (these strands utilize wood, bamboo, metal and glass beads and will vary in price depending on the types of beads used)

Macrame hemp and bead strands - $8 and up (price will vary with types of beads used)

Accent dread beads (wood or plastic) - free
(glass or beaded dread beads are sometimes available, please inquire for availability and pricing)

Yarn -
-Accent your fall - $10 per fall - Add color matched yarn to a fall to create additional texture and color effects. -Mini length custom fall (approx. 6") - $10/ pair -Regular length custom fall (approx. 15")- $20/ pair -Extra long custom fall (approx. 30") - $40/ pair
