I have designed my ordering and pricing system in such a way that you can create a unique, high quality hair piece that is designed exactly the way you want it - to fit your style AND budget. This way you can start with a base piece, and order add-ons to create different accents and styles at a future date. Each of our backcombed dreads are hand styled and thick - about the size of your thumb. Each dread is heat sealed not once, but twice to assure that it will not come unraveled.

If you don't see exactly the colors or accents you would like to see, please ask me directly in an email to info@laylaslocks.com before you place an order, and there is a good chance I will be able to find it. Please read my policies carefully before placing an order.

CUSTOM WORK
To create a custom order, cut and paste the following questions to an email to orders@laylaslocks.com:

This will be the predominant color of your fall. (color chart)

What accent color(s) would you like?
Choose as many as you like.

How many strands would you like and what lengths?
example: 10 short dreads, 10 med dreads, 10 long dreads, 10 regular braids. My recommendation for best coverage is 25 strands minimum per fall. Keep in mind that more strands + more length = more WEIGHT!

Braids or dreadlocks (or both)?

If dreads, would you like a color blend, transition or swirl as part of the design?
Please specify which colors and how many strands of each you would like. Blends are free, swirls are $1.00 extra, transitions $1 extra per piece. Please see pricing page for options and details.

Once your order information is received by Layla's Locks, you can expect an email within 48 hours with a quote of the total estimated price of your locks plus shipping. Work on custom orders will not be started until payment of the total cost of your locks plus shipping has been received. After receipt of payment, custom orders take from 4 to 6 weeks to complete depending on complexity of order and availability of materials and volume of work. For rush orders (turn around of 2 weeks or less, depending on availability of materials), a fee of $40 will apply, this does not include rush shipping.

When your locks are complete, we will email you a picture for your final approval and check if there are any changes you feel need to be made. We want you to be completely happy with your locks. After we receive your OK, your locks will be shipped.
